The Halton Lighthouse Shelter is available to all Halton residents who find themselves in a temporary housing crisis that leaves them without safe, secure accommodations. The Lighthouse accommodates single males and females from age 16 and older. Families are accommodated separately in Oakville and Burlington.

The goal of The Halton Lighthouse program is to support individuals in reintegrating into their communities, one step at a time.

Support is offered in community support groups and internal training in job and housing searches
